Samyak is excited to announce that we have successfully delivered yet another Industrial IoT solution – Temperature Monitoring System.

The solution is offered to the Steel plant.

Project Details

The customer has multiple (16) temperature sensors on the fields. Daily process for operators is to capture sensors’ data manually, create an Excel sheet and share it with higher authorities for temperature monitoring. It is a very time-consuming process.

Therefore, customer wanted to automate this process. Customer wants centralized portal which shows all captured data on fingertips. This will make the entire process reliable, and faster. It will also help customer take data-driven decisions.

So, we offered Samyak’s product Remote Monitoring System (RMS) to solve the challenges. Samyak RMS is a solution that offers end-to-end IIoT solution from hardware to software. It takes real-time data from field sensors using hardware SMIT 1937i and sends it to the cloud! On cloud it provides trends in form of graphs, reports and alerts as well.

In conclusion, this will result in a Centralized Temperature Monitoring System. It shows all temperature sensors data on single portal. Data is now accessible anywhere around the world at any time on fingertips. In addition, data availability on fingertips helps customer analyze the data easily. This in turn enables customer to take data-driven decisions.
